My grandmother refuses to change from him and if it were up to me....I wouldn't even take my dog to him! The most unprofessional and inconsiderate doctor I've ever seen. Says very inappropriate things and doesn't even care about concerns. I was also once refused to go back with my grandmother who can't half hear nor understand some of the things being said. I am about at my wits end with this establishment. I have called and spoken with Carrie (office manager) on 4 separate occasions because they neglected to provide my secondary insurance information to Quest Diagnostics. I called Quest myself and was able to determine the issue after being told it was given/wasn't/was/wasn't, but they would not take the information directly from me. Horrible staff. Got in an argument with the office manager over a $75 phone call. Which I PAID... Call back at a later date and apologized and everything seems fine. A few weeks later tried to get a refill on some meds was confronted again about this saying I volunteered to leave Dr Christopher. Was told to find another doctor. Would not book an appointment..... so I did. Staff are rude.... do like I did and find a different Dr.
