From start to finish a good experience as going to a dentist can be. Why waiting in the lobby for my appointment a bad thunderstorm happened the doctor came and brought his patients to the back to be safe. The doctor made me feel at ease and even had a sense of humor that put me at ease. The dental technician was also awesome.

I chose Dr Brown as a new patient because My dentist of 25 years retired and Dr. Brown has very good Google reviews. When I showed up on my appointment date, they first were unable to find my appointment and then finally after some searching they told me that my appointment was cancelled since it was not confirmed by me. They couldn't tell me how I was supposed to confirmed the appointment when I never received a called, text or email from their office. The intake staff and hygienist were most professional and thorough. They were friendly and made me feel at ease. My hygienist was exceptional. He was a former dentist in India and Canada and was just exceptional. He did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and was constantly asking about my comfort. The dentist was thorough and fast He asked me many appropriate questions and explained my status. I would highly recommend American Family Dentistry.
