Doctor Chistopher Potts did my ACL reconstruction and lateral meniscus repair. His work is second to none. He has a pleasant demeanor, is very thorough, and treats his patients with dignity and respect. He and his staff were with me every step on the way. The results speak for themselves. I am a butcher by trade, and I was back at work within a month. Six months after surgery and I am back in the gym. I am 55 years old. I can not express enough gratitude towards Northside Orthopedics, and Doctor Potts.
Dr. Potts is highly recommended. He's thorough, takes time to explain the situation and options, and sets + exceeds expectations. My repaired knee was stronger than my other knee within 2 months, exactly as he said it would be. Additionally his staff is friendly, well-trained, and responsive. Strongly recommended.
Dr. Potts is amazing as it relates to: thorough explanation of the issue (I had my right shoulder replaced + repaired torn cuff and bicep tear); excellent patient advocate; extremely humble; easy to talk to.
6 months ago I had hip surgery with Dr. Potts and I can honestly say I feel amazing now. He made the whole process feel a lot less overwhelming by being thorough, reassuring, and just really easy to trust. I knew I was in good hands. Now I’m back to normal activity, feeling strong again, and so grateful for how everything turned out. I would 100% recommend Dr. Potts to anyone going through something similar.
