He was friendly, but I found him a bit dismissive. Basically told me my prev Dr (I moved and. Needed to get a new KY Dr) was wrong about my diagnosis. I was in acute pain and he was not empathetic at all and basically said let the orthopedic Dr deal with it. Very upset with this office because I just moved here from NY and trying to get established with Dr's down here. My PCPfrom NY DX me with Fibromyalgia a few years back after a neck surgery and my new PCP here in Paducah referred my to Dr. Phillips and she was told that because I already have a DX of Fibro they will not see me??? Really so because you guys did not diagnosis me that means I DO NOT DESERVE to have any treatment?? This is the most ignorant and inhuman thing I have ever heard. The staff are kind and helpful and they're mindful of medication costs to the patient. So glad they're local for us!
I love this practice. I see Jessica Frizzell and she’s fantastic! Listens, caring, knowledgeable. Staff are also fantastic. Been a patient since 2014, Dr Phillips is a wonderful doctor.
