Easy scheduling and our appt was concluded from arrival, X-rays, thorough consult in less than an hr without feeling rushed. Dr Redman and staff were friendly and made us feel 100% confident in our child’s care.
1.5 hours wait in this day and age is not acceptable. I understand an emergency or two at times happens but difficult to imagine it causing so much of a delay. Also scheduling needs to allow for such events.
Dr. Redman and his team are one of the most efficient and professional physicians groups we've encountered in our 10 years of living here in McKinney. His demeanor and attitude is outstanding and I think more physician groups should take a lesson from him and his staff! Thank you Dr. Redman. Laura Burley
Our interaction with him was short, but positive. They moved us along check-in and x-rays fairly well without a lot of long wait times. We saw Dr. Redman only a few minutes but he was knowledgeable and friendly. HOWEVER, I had to wait on the phone for 40 minutes to schedule an appointment. They were able to get my son in with only 3 hours notice.
My three year old had to see Dr. Redman for an emergency procedure. Dr. Redman was thorough, patient, and kind. He answered all of our questions before and after the procedure. He even took time after our stay in the hospital to coordinate care. He is approachable and highly skilled in what he does. I highly recommend Dr. Redman.
