Dr. Mercado is the perfect combination of evidence-based and compassionate. He can cite the latest findings in the literature right off the top of his head, yet he is also very personable and caring. Poor service. Hard to get an appointment. I finally had a 7:40am appointment and hit lots of traffic as I live 40 minutes from the office. I could tell that this drive was going to take over an hour this morning. I tried to call them to see if they would allow me to be late or if I’d need to reschedule however their phones don’t open until 8am. If you’re taking appointments at 7:40 how do you not have phone lines open until 8am? They no showed me after I got all the way here and told me I’d need to reschedule. No thanks! If ... read more
