He took his time with my medical needs. He explained it all and answered every question.
I had a microvascular decompression done by Dr. DiNapoli for my trigeminal neuralgia. He was wonderful. I was nervous the day of surgery and he was very calm and reassuring when he came to visit me in pre-op. I have followed up with him several times now and each time he is patient, kind, and answers all my questions. I work in healthcare and recommend him to everyone I see with this problem. I can't say enough good things about Dr. DiNapoli and the team at Mayfield Clinic. I struggled for 3 years with Trigeminal Neuralgia and another doctor 'couldn't find' my issue in the MRIs. Dr. DiNapoli found it right away and set me on a path to a corrective surgery. He's been fantastic through the whole thing and I'm grateful I found him.

Invisible Doc - good luck actually seeing this guy. His underlings guard him like he's the Wizard of OZ. I have a titanium disc in my neck that has caused deterioration around the discs around it. I have tremendous pain in both arms and hands, numbness, tingling - my duloxetine is maxed out and no longer helps. I had EMG and was diagnosed with radiculopathy and carpal tunnel. STILL cannot get in to see this guy. I've seen two of his underlings but they refuse to allow me to see him. Good luck!
He’s an expert surgeon and I trust him with my life. Two back surgeries with him with the best results possible. He was the surgeon when my GP had the same surgery on his back.
Dr. Bohinski came highly recommended by many medical professionals I knew. He took care of my brother after he suffered a terrible accident that could have killed him or left him paralyzed! With his skill in surgery and expert care, my brother is well on the rode to recovery! Top notch in his field , a great surgeon and also a wonderful person!
