He is not going to hold your hand, but will tell it like it is. Surgery is last resource and only if it’s needed. Saw him in 2018 and said it was not time and tried nerve blocks (which worked wonders for some years) and therapy, and when it was time, he said you need to have this, that was Nov 2024.I had been in constant pain for over a decade from a failing previous fusion, and a collapsing L5, which had me bent forward. Really amazing results. Bone growth over plates is good and on schedule. Now for more exercise to further eliminate remaining pain. Dr. DiNapoli is outstanding, with an amazing team supporting team!
