Dr. DiNapoli is personable and easy to communicate with. He is highly skilled and dedicated to his patients. I recommend him and Mayfield to anyone looking at spine surgery.
When you check-in, there are plenty of kiosks to do so. Staff are there to help you if you need it. Xray technicians, nurses and Dr Bohinski all very good. Xray technicisan assisted me to stand to get xray, nurses wheeled me back to the exam room and back out to the waiting area. Dr Bohinski answered all of my questions and I didn't feel like I was rushed out of the exam room.
Dr Dinepoli has been my surgeon for over 5 years,I had a brain tumor which he removed.He also did neck surgery on me by fusion.Now I am going to have another neck surgery and fusion.I would never trust anyone else to do either surgery.He is the bestThank youKaren Boyce
Excellent experience at Mayfield today. Shannon was amazing and described my issues perfectly and clearly. Everyone from front desk, schedulers to our PA are extremely professional and knowledgeable.
Dr. Dinapoli from the first visit to my last visit he has always been very professional, no rush, answer all questions, explain everything to detail. He performed neurological surgery from my C2-T1. My left arm and hand was almost paralyzed, it looked like I had a stroke. I am so appreciative of Dr. Dinapoli because now I have use of my left arm, hand and fingers.
The personal attention that I received from him and his team was fabulous. They really put me at ease and were available throughout my recovery for questions and assistance. The results of my ALIF surgery have been very positive.
I continue to be somehow blessed and fortunate enough to have Dr. DiNapoli as my Neurosurgeon! He had originally performed my urgent lumbar spinal surgery at the Jewish Hospital. He absolutely “rescued me” from my sudden and EXTREMELY SEVERE pain in my lower spine, pain that was also radiating down my right leg!He is absolutely one of the wisest and most knowledgeable, and empathetic and understanding doctors, but also one of the most truly “humble” doctors that I have EVER met! I met Dr McPherson jan of 2024. He did Brain surgery on me and did a wonderful job even the cutting of the scare was on tact. I seen him yesterday as I need another brain surgery that has nothing to do with what he has done. I was very nervous from thinking the worse but after listening to him and him answering my questions I felt comfortable when I walked out of his office.
