I feel sad for Dr. Hicks and the patients while reading the negative reviews of Dr. Hicks. My husband and I have been going to him for several years and find him professional, knowledgeable, friendly and going above and beyond at times we needed extra information. Sometimes we email him with questions and always get a prompt, helpful answers.
The moment I first met him, he was patronizing and obviously did not want to spend too much time with me. I told myself that maybe he was having a bad day. After a recent appointment, though, it’s obvious that this man is condescending and has lost the human element. He may be a good day doctor, but he is unpleasant and defensive.
Very unprofessional. Did not look at my medical record and suggested I MIGHT have cancer. Finally looked when I said I am in remission. He ended abruptly because he had other patients.
Very knowledgeable and professional.
