I recently had a procedure with Dr. Rooney his knowledge and his kindness is outstanding. I am not the most easy patient not once did he seem irritated or frustrated with repeatedly listening to my problems and concerns. His bedside Manners are A+. I will say Erie P.A. is blessed to have such a wonderful caring Dr. In our city. Thanks Dr. Rooney for making my experience the best it could be..
