Update: Now that I was able to be seen, the doctor was very gentle and kind, so I am adding stars. I had an appointment at 8 am, but my car battery died. I tried calling 3 times to let them know of my situation. I still drove all of the way from Emporia. I'm only 15 minutes late despite my car trouble. I finally got through to someone and they were extremely rude. They cancelled my appointment and told me I have to drive all the way out here again another day. They're parking lot is pretty empty. Today that I was thought it was at 2 o’clock. I was 10 minutes early. When I came in and told them my name they told me my appointment was at one I said goodness on my phone for 2 o’clock. I said is there anyway he can see me today. I really need this taken care of. Then this rude staff member behind the receptionist said nope it was one and I even left you a message yesterday.
