I didn’t even see this doctor but was suppose too. He was rude from the start. I was early for my appointment and knew I would have to wait. He had the nerve to tell the receptionist. “I hope she doesn’t think she is going to be seen early”! My partner heard every word. Then they had to add a patient on and at that time it was 15 minutes past my appointment and she took the other woman ahead of me. I rescheduled for another doctor. Unacceptable

The Doctor himself is great. The office staff is another issue. There is a thin black lady at the front desk she is not very friendly and is loud discusses patients in front of everyone. I had to go in and speak with doctor Brennen about a preauth like he asked me to do if needed she would not even go back and get him she had her own solution it was a very bad experience. No one in the office would help. Also the area where the frames are the gentleman that works there is very off putting if you are not spending money there.... read more

I had to take my dad to this doctors office. Terrible staff all together. Front desk older lady was rude and un professional. She was listening to music and more concerned about OJ Simpson's parole rather than checking in my dad whose been siting for over a hour. Loud as anything. I can hear about people's lives and rumors more in that hour rather than patient care. My dad asked me with a smile on his cheek.
