Dr. Shelby and his staff were first class with my husband and myself. Very caring and spent alot of time discussing both of our individual situations. Keep up the good work.
Very dissatisfied and disappointed - had one procedure recommended but received something else. Very poor communication from Dr Shelby and his staff. They have since admitted poor communication on their part and they have changed their paperwork since our experience. Unfortunately, ones eyes are not as easily fixed.
Dr. christopher Shelby was exceptional as was his coordinator Leigh Whatley. I had gone to them for a second opininon after having PRK with a different PRK eye specialist and the surgery was much less than acceptable. Dr. Shelby was so nice. I've never been to a doctor before with such a wonderful bedside manner! The staff was so friendly,from the front desk to the check out. Best eye exam I've ever had!
I'll be to another state soon. I wish I could take Dr. Shelby with me!
Dr. Shelby did a great job on my lasik surgery. He spent more time with me before and after surgery than I hear what other surgeons typically do. I highly recommend him!!!
