Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate!

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Was this podiatrist friendly? Yes Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything

dr reeves is nice, but despite my great insurance, they rejected the claims the practices charges were astronomical for what they were for. I was responsible to pay the large and uncalled for difference. He gave me what I thought was a "prescription" for a shoe insert that when I went to pick it up at at the store he sent me to, they did not even know what it was for! Needless to say, the issue I was seeing him for was not solved in the least! will never go back to this office.

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!

Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance
