Dr Carmichael is one of the best medical professionals I've interacted with. He is kind, patient, caring, and he really listens to his patients. 10/10 amazing doctor and office staff! ❤️
Awful. My partner waited for two hours to be seen for a scheduled appointment only to be dismissed without any help whatsoever. Got blood work done with no scheduled follow up. What's the point if there's no follow up to address results? The doctor was completely uneducated on what the receptionist said he specialized in. On top of that, he couldn't care less to listen to any problems let alone offer any sort of solution. Don't wait months to see this doctor, it's a waste of time. Dr. Carmichael is an active listener and does a great job confirming that he has addressed all concerns. He also is very knowledgeable regarding possible insurance issues with medications and is ready to adjust as needed. Already recommended to a friend and they had the same experience.
