Had a cold was sent to green to see a nurse practitioner got lost with all the turnarounds so by time I turned on Waze I was late. Summa Akron City, Internal Med. & Wound Center and Summa Green ER are All Exceptional Healthcare. I have dealt with Summa for more than 10 years and never once has Any employee treated me badly or Disrespectful. Great places with Fantastic people. Just met Dr. Carmichael he is very knowledgeable, caring and easy to talk to.
I have been waiting over a year to establish myself with Dr. Carmichael I had an appointmentment on 1/2/2025 for the last 6 months. They called me today 1 month before my appointment to say that they will need to schedule me another 6 months out because he wont be there that day. I asked them if they could find me something closer and the woman just argued with me and declined to do that. Its clear my health is not a concern to this office.
