They have wonderful Customer Service
Very fast service. Pleasant to deal with. Evelyn is the best.
Always a pleasure. I've been going for years on and off and they have the best rates. The customer service is the best. I called at closing, the guy took care of my paperwork and had me go meet the lady who had no clue what was happening, but she was the SWEETEST, followed up the next day as well. They're the best.
No one answers the phone. I had to call the Roslindale office to get the fax number to the Dorchester office and I am not even sure anyone is working at this office and if I should be sending a fax here. Carmax has been trying to get a hold of this place to get my plates switched to my new car. Is It time for a new insurance agent?
