Although Dr. Knox was knowledgeable, his bedside manner during my appointment wasn’t great. He never introduced himself when he walked into the room, so it took me a moment to figure out who he was. Then he rolled his eyes at the diagnosis of an ear rupture from my primary care doctor. I felt dismissed and like he didn’t actually listen to the full extent of my symptoms. He was gentle and kind during the myringotomy he performed on me but I won’t go see him again and have sought care elsewhere.
