Outstanding surgeon and an excellent overall experience. Dr Richard's is thorough and has excellent bedside manner. He is conservative with his approach to surgery. I went in for a complex tear of my meniscus. The surgery process was great. The entire team he works with is outstanding. I had tremendous improvement in pain, right after surgery. Wow!! I recently tore my Achilles tendon and was scheduled for surgery with Dr. Richards and Gabby Monaco. He and his team were absolutely amazing! Professional, caring , and they walked me through every step. He is the epitome of friendly doctor, and you can immediately tell that he is excellent and what he does. Thank you Sir !
I highly recommend Dr. Richards. He explained everything in detail and did not suggest surgery as a first option. He discussed non-surgical treatment options with surgery being the last option. He was very personable and I felt very comfortable with his recommendations.
I decided to schedule an appointment with Dr. Richards for my son, who is 16 years old, based on his bio and education information which was focused on sports medicine for pediatric and adult athletes. Unfortunately, my son experienced an injury at practice. We were able to get an appointment with Dr. Richards' the next day which is important when you are trying to diagnose and treat sports injuries quickly, especially for your children.
