Dr. Grady Benson is very patient oriented. He explains everything and takes the time to answer allquestions. My first knee replacement surgery went very well. He setRealistic Expectations and communicate with not only me but my wife as well. Dr. Grady Benson will also be doing my other knee surgery shortly. In short, a very competent and experienced physician who you can feelComfortable and confident in.
Dr Grady-benson has an awesome bedside manner. Explains the procedure and takes the time to explain the procedure. I never felt rushed answering my many questions.
Dr Grady-Benson performed my left total knee replacement and he was excellent. I had complete confidence in him from my initial visit to my surgical procedure. He was very thorough in his explanations and was very kind and reassuring as well. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome, no longer in pain with every step.
Over the past 13 years Dr. Grady-Benson has replaced a hip and both of my knees. I went from pain with nearly every step to being pain free. My first appt with is group was with Dr. Memo’s PA, Brian. He spent about 5 minutes with me, heard my symptoms and did what they call the finger test, touching my right SI joint area, then scheduled me for a steroid injection with Dr. Memo, two months off. I went to the surgery center and had the shot, only seeing Dr. Memo for a couple of minutes. The shot didn’t work, and I have had experience with these in my back and hip. Dr Grady- Benson and his associates as well as the Care Team were all outstanding. Everyone from preop to my discharge was caring, dedicated and very well informed. I couldn’t be any happier with my new hip , it is absolutely life changing!
I had hip replacement surgery. Dr. Grady-Benson has a wonderful reputation and he exceeded my expectations. He and and his staff provided complete information for a positive surgical experience including medicines, diet, preoperative exercises, home care, and post-operative exercises. I especially appreciated his sharing his concerns regarding my surgery and recovery. He and his staff provided the right amount of information at the right time.
Dr. Grady-Benson is an excellent surgeon. Not only that, he is kind and approachable and communicates effectively about options. He listens. His team was top notch from my first consult to my post-op appointments.
Extremely knowledgeable, well informed and caring doctor. Spends time listening and answering any of your questions. This is a polite, caring and concerning doctor and I highly recommend him. On top of that he has a very polite and responsive office staff. . If you have an issue, this is a physician you want to visit.
