The most unprofessional, inept staff we have encountered in years. Staff have dropped the ball several times on health matters of real concern. Go elsewhere.
I've gotten denied my migraine medication twice now because he and his staff wouldn't fill out the paperwork the insurance company needed and we both called several times and he still wouldn't reply back to them just to finish a few questions. Dr. Housden is a doctor who listens. This was my first visit. His solution to my complex problem was not what I wanted to hear at all. Three and a half days later? I’m glad I listened.
