Dr. Housden and his entire staff are nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend Also, special shout out to his office manager, Shannon, for going above and beyond for me on more than one occasion.

I had the most horrible experience with office manager Shannon Alvey. She called and bullied me for canceling an appointment. She told me that my insurance Cigna Medicare would cancel my policy for not seeing the dr because the er SUGGESTED that I follow up for my pulled hamstring which that was two weeks ago and I still have trouble walking. I have 16 stairs to go down. I have nev been talked down to like Shannon Alvey did. A nurse called me and I ask for Shannon’s last name and she stated that she did not know it. Very bad... read more
