He was easy going with a reasonable bedside manner. But he absolutely hated it when you questioned anything medically and I am the kind of person who believes that I am responsible for my own medical care. Great Dr, excellent communication. Recommend him to all that need a cardiologist.
He is my mom's cardiologist. She is very pleased with him. She feels he takes time to check out her problems when other Dr's don't because she is 90 and some Dr's just brush her off.
So thankful for Dr. Hofelich. Professional, personable glad he's our Cardiologist!
I can't post here lower than one star, or I would have. Dr. Hofelich told me in the ER that the surgeon who performed my open heart surgery had misdiagnosed me. He said he's never heard of surgery for ED vasospasms or myocardial bridging. I told him about Stanford School in CA operating on thousands with my condition. He wouldn't listen. Just insisted something else was causing my pain because my EKG and ECHO were normal.
