Dr Perkins is an incredible surgeon, with a calm, confident, & patient bedside manner. He performed a surgery that no one in my state could have done to save my shoulder, and I am forever grateful! Truly a brilliant and talented surgeon / physician, cannot say enough fantastic things about him!
