Horrible experience. Spent three and a half hours trying to have color, highlights and a haircut. Asked for a short cut that didn’t hang in my eyes when I bent over since I’m disabled and on a walker and I got bangs that fall into my face and the worst color job I’ve ever had. Dye all over my skin and my roots look like they’ve been growing in for a month. Started going there on a regular basis for haircuts every other month. My stylist always did a great job. Would schedule my cuts for on the way home from work, since it was at about the half way mark. On my 4th visit, I arrived about 15 min. early as usual. Had to wait an additional 45 minutes after my appointment time (was there a total of an hour waiting).
