Dr.Kalhorn is a wonderful, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. I saw 6 doctors who couldn't figure out my problem and told me to get more injections. Dr.Kalhorn looked at the same MRI and found I had a screw in my nerve from a previous surgical error! My pain was intolerable. He and Dr.Mo did my back surgery and the terrible pain is gone. From the initial consult, the follow up after requesting additional imaging, throughout the difficult insurance approval process, the surgery, my post op in patient hospital visits to my post op follow up he took every bit of time I needed to answer questions, explain my medical situation, what he can do, what to expect and made me feel seen and heard as a person and not just a patient or medical situation.
