Too many failures in communication on staffs part. Sadly an appt at 10:30 turned into something that was only half taken care of by 3:30. For someone driving a long distance and knowing the issues were suppose to be addressed the day before (and assured they were) this was an exhausting and miserable experience. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend due to lack of care provided.
My first appointment with Dr. Frisch was great. He was interested in my symptoms - not just what was going on with my neck and throat, but my overall symptoms. I really appreciated that and the time and interest he took with me. I didn’t feel rushed out the door nor did I feel silly or shame for sharing other issues that to me didn’t sound relevant to his areas of expertise.
