Dr. Estes and the entire staff provided an exceptional care experience. I was naturally uneasy about the procedure, but their professionalism and warmth completely put me at ease, making the process much smoother than anticipated. Remarkably, I was up and walking just two hours post-surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Estes and the team for their outstanding expertise and patient care!!!
Staff failed to get required health insurer authorizations prior to and post op, leaving me with no post op in home physical therapy. With major nerve damage in one leg, the other, surgical leg, is receiving no post op care. Instead of his staff arranging post op care, they are requiring me to follow up with request for authorizations, they are telling me to do their job, when I’m suppose to be convalescing and receiving post op PT . Dr. Estes is a fantastic surgeon. I am exactly 2 weeks out from TKR and while it's painful, things are progressing very well. Dr. Estes wouldn't be where he is without his staff, who all get 5 stars from me as well. Nothing but the highest of praise from me for his skill and his skilled staff. I will be scheduling my right knee as well and the sooner the better. I waited much too long to get this done. Do not put it off, like I did. Get it done while he is still available. You won't regret it.
