This doctor is rude, dangerous, and negligent. A family member was seen in the ER by Bowen with an extremely obvious head injury to anyone with 15 minutes of medical training (gaps in memory, excessive vomiting, "raccoon eye" bleeding, etc) and sent them home without a CT scan or any medical care of note claiming them to be drunk (they had zero alcohol in their system). I was taken by ambulance to the ER in Biloxi due to a go kart accident. I was in severe pain. Dr. Bowen had very little concern for me and did not listen to me. I requested an MRI of my back and neck and he told me I didn't need one for a little go kart wreck, even though I told him multiple times that I T-boned another rider going 35 MPH and that I slammed my head into the steering wheel. Diagnosed me with a rash after I said over and over my incisions were infected. Sure enough, I had a massive infection.
