I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced!
