Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection

Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you?
