Dr. Olson went into great detail to explain what exercises I could be doing to strengthen my muscle and alleviate knee pain due to a falling arch. I appreciated his educated medical advice and thorough approach to dealing w my chronic knee pain: he explained my anatomy and pathophysiology, what movements to avoid, what movements to incorporate, outlook based on previous surgery and the integrity of the knee based on his findings. Dr Olson is an outstanding orthopedist, one of the best I have encountered. My surgery went exceedingly well. I am 17 days out from surgery and am fully functional. He is at the top of his game and I would rate him with the best of his field. He is a chief surgeon and is member of med school faculty. Despite this he is not at all pretentious.
This is the worst “doctor” I have ever came in contact with. My daughter was referred here by her pediatrician for a fractured pinky injury. The doctor was rude and would walk out in the middle of the conversation. I was having trouble getting our insurance in line and I payed cash for the visit and willing to pay cash for the surgery. To the individuals who gave negative reviews, I can never know what your experience was like, but from where I stand, he is A Master Craftsman. On 11-26-18 I had a total hip replacement. Without the help of any PR(mostly because of my insurance) I am able to walk without assistance! He is an artist at his craft and I highly recommend Dr. Olson to any & everyone! Thanks for the miracle Dr. You are truly an artist! .
