Poor experience. Not someone I would return to.
I’ve had awful experiences with psychiatrists in the past and was at first resistant to try again. From the very first contact with Dr. Lord, I could tell he was different and I was at ease with him. My experience with him has been nothing short of stellar. He’s attentive, responsive, genuinely cares about his patients, and he’s a wizard with figuring out what medications will be most beneficial for you without going through so much of the “trial and error” process I had experienced previously. Poor experience.
Dr. Lord cancelled my appointment prior to me meeting with him for these reasons: 1) I emailed him requesting to meet via Zoom. 2) I found his email via google, which anyone could do, and he was absolutely appalled that I sent him an email asking if we could meet digitally. 3) He called me within the hour, and said he was cancelling our appointment, due to "red flags," from his end? Like, what?? All of your information is public knowledge? Get it together. Thanks,
