Dr. Etzkorn was rude and dismissive to my concerns. He oversimplified by concerns and didn't give clear follow up. His bedside manner is terrible - he should be working in a lab somewhere and not directly with patients. Especially for a primary care doctor, I would expect him to be more personable. Additionally, the office feels like a public health clinic - the environment just wasn't nice. His medical assistant was also beyond bizarre and just cut me off when I was explaining symptoms.
This man should not being working with people. It was the single worst experience I have ever had with a health care professional. He was very cold and condescending. I felt like I could not even ask the questions that I needed to because I felt so uncomfortable with his snooty attitude. I feel sorry for anyone who has him for a doctor.
...I like Dr. Etzkorn...so far, he has been right on target...he's not perfect, but who is?...that's why they call it practicing medicine...
I just saw this provider and will never see him again or refer anyone I know to him. I was left sitting in the exam room with no explanation, next steps or actual care plan. He did manage to tell me how to get back to the lobby as he was walking out…Thank GOD it wasn’t anything major, but to me it was concerning enough to make the appointment. Now, I get to do a scavenger hunt and try to figure out what I need to do and if there was a Rx called in for me or if this is over the counter.
Dr Etzkorn is extremely knowledgable. Sure, he's not the bubbiliest person I've ever met, but he's a medical doctor, not your childhood best friend. I really enjoyed my two experiences with him, and will continue to see him. I trust him with my medical care 100% and recommend him to anyone.
