We cannot recommend Chris highly enough! He is an incredible advocate to have in your corner, and his strategic approach and negotiation skills saved us money. Chris kept the entire process seamlessly organized from our first meeting to closing day. This was critical since we were closing on our property remotely from Korea and dealing with a 16-hour time difference. Chris and his team were always responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and completely on top of every detail. He definitely earned his five stars!
