I had a simple Laminectomy that shouldn't have had any issue with as soon as I woke up from recovery I knew something WASNT RIGHT. I was numb on the left side of my vagina area I suffered for 3 months and found out i had a prolapsed bladder and SI injury
Awful experience. I had just been diagnosed with a rare brain tumor, that turned out to be a benign tumor that was fully removed, but Dr. Wilson refused to operate due to the location and told me I had brain cancer. Also, told me I would be lucky to see the next 6 months and referred me to an oncologist to start radiation and possibly chemo before receiving the pathology reports. Excellent surgeon and a very nice man.
Dr Wilson has been very respectful he did my vp shunt surgery . I believe he did a great job but I have had a lot of unresolved post op issues . I would recommend him as a surgeon to others but his office staff specifically his Medical assistant Paul is super unprofessional. I called to try to see if I could do a tele health appointment due to transportation issues. Scheduling stated that wouldn’t be possible being it would technically be my first post op in office .
