Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to to his care because of the policy that says I have to pay $60 out of pocket for a refraction. This is a shameless attempt to get around Medicare not paying you more. Not all clinics try to scam this way. When I discussed this with staff it became a sore point with me and I determined that I wasn’t buying your overpriced frames. Upon arrival, I never have to sit in the waiting or exam rooms for a long time before seeing my doctor.
From the receptionist, to the medical assistants, to Dr Covington, the patient care is friendly, efficient, and expertly provided. I look forward to my yearly visit!
Dr. Covington and his staff are super people and professionals. He has been treating my eyes four years. Dr. Covington's assistants are well-trained and efficient. I've been seeing Dr Covington for many years and hope to continue for many more. I have diabetes, so thorough eye exams are very important to me.
All aspects of my visit were efficient, clearly explained, and professional - from check in to check out.
The visit went smoothly from the beginning with the check in procedure, through the preparation phase and when meeting with Dr. Covington. He is to the point, efficient and at the same time has a very good manner when dealing with patients.
