Routine eye exam. Extremely nice and efficient. Doctor and his staff all were great.

Dr Covington is very professional and courteous. . He explains each portion of the eye examination and makes sure my mom understands . He asks if she understands or needs anything he did not mention during the exam. He is easy to talk to and a very caring Physician.
It was exceptional. The staff were very courteous and efficient. My testing was first rate. The staff and Doctor Covington explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this office and staff.

Very professional and courteous. Removed cataract and entire team was the best. My mother has Alzheimer’s and she was treated with the most respect from office to hospital.
The staff was pleasant and Dr. Covington was ok too. However, at checkout I was billed as a medical patient and had to pay my co-pay as if going to a specialist. I only had an eye exam that should have been billed to my vision plan and paid @ 100%. When I ask why they were billing it as medical I was told that they must have done more while I was back there. Well, I was back there and I can assure you that it was no different than any previous eye exam that I’ve had performed.
