Where, I have no idea what this is?
They have started to allow the tow company to practice predatory measures. I’m 9 months pregnant and this is the second time my car has been towed despite speaking with Ayanna the manager and my car already being registered. I won’t be renewing my lease here . The customer service is subpar and the rental office sends out a million harassing emails daily. The police are out here every other day for shootings and fights . This place has turned to the slums.
We been living here for more than 3years but this new management is the worst we always pay our rent on the 1 first of the month but this is the second month they will add a late fee on our account saying we don’t pay our rent and when we go to the office we have to show them a receipt of our payments they will make it look like or someone in the office don’t show them the cashier check they start apologizing and the manager always have a attitude she will make you look like you are lying until you show her your receipt they... read more
!!!!!BEWARE!!!!! Never got back my deposit. NO SOLUTION WAS OFFERED. My follow up Email Ignored. They will take your monies and make poor excuses for it. I had put my 60 day notice in like I was supposed to, left the apartment in good standards and moved off the premises before the end of the lease. Yet, I’ve been told that due to not returning the keys earlier, that they’re taking the Entire deposit by prorating the rent, as if I were still residing there.
