How do you get someone from the management team to call you back to see an apartment? My boyfriend and I have left no less than 10 messages over the past month and stopped by 4 times.
My wife and I have lived here for two years and just signed a new lease for our third year! Needless to say, but we love our apartment, this building and the staff. What originally drew us here was the size of the two bed apartments, which are huge compared to other two beds we saw in the area. They we're newly renovated, too! Why we stayed is the staff is super friendly, very responsive and extremely accommodating - all the way from the property manger, Brandon, to each and every maintenance team member. Lived here for 3 years and enjoyed my time here! Units are gut renovated and get tons of light, and maintenance and property management staff are kind and responsive. The building is kept very clean.
CCP - great location, across from an expansive bucolic park and playground, located on the door step of Boston's historic North End. Beneficial amenities we enjoy include: underground parking; a shady courtyard; 5th floor solarium with a breathtaking view of the harbor, (I love to read in this room and on occasion enjoy a Montepulciano and formaggio with friends); a community room; a gym; and a large pleasant lobby.
