Dr. Wilson himself is amazing and so are the staff. Whoever it is that talks on their answering machine though must really love listening to herself, because when you call afterhours to try to talk to the after hour nurse/ doctor it seems to take about 8 minutes to get past all the nonsense on the answering machine. This is awful. My son ended up in the Er tonight and it maybe could have been avoided had I been able to try to get an answer quicker.
We have been with Dr. Wilson for many years now. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a kind, caring doctor who takes his time and truly listens to you and your child. He is hands down amazing.
Dr. Wilson is very personable and communicates well with my children at their level of understanding. He listens to the kids and actually HEARS them rather than running in and speaking to the parent only. My kids appreciate that.
Love the Doctors with this group.... very unhappy with the nurses.
