Dr. Penn is an amazing doctor!!! He took his time and explained everything to my husband and I very well. I think its awesome that Dr. Pennn can make jokes and have a chill vibe during a very serious visit. It made me feel very comfortable and confident in his decisions. I highly recommend!!!!!! 10/10
