Amazing and Talented!! Dr.Chang makes you feel comfortable and welcome. His office staff is superb and his nurse is so approachable.. I recommend him to everyone I know. I had a ptosis eye repair. I have had this eye issue since birth. I always wanted to fix it and have been very self conscious about it. I should have done it sooner! I was so scared to do it for so long, but Dr. Chang made me feel safe and comfortable so I decided to have the ptosis repaired. I love the result.
