Dr. Bassom is an awesome doctor, The staff terrible ! Had to wait ten days for a prescription refill for anxiety. Other times had to wait 6 7 days. I have canceled appts only to have them contact me three times regarding my canceled appt ,Had appt with Doctor and was seen by a nurse, Who had to ask me how to spell scabies, Shame on you Dr Basson for having an unprofessional nurse cover for you!
Dr, Bassom is awesome! listens to you ,The staff is terrible, From making me wait over one week for prescription refills many times! Canceled appts, only to have them remind me over and over, Totally disregarding my calls to cancel, Went to see the doctor, Had appt Only to be seen by a nurse Abby, Who asked me how to spell scabies??? Shame on you Dr.Bassom for having a unprofessional nurse cover for you!
