This entire team is amazing. This was my second visit, and I met with Dr. Banks and Marcus for a fill-in. The process was seamless, painless, and extremely professional. As someone who has had prior negative dental experiences and anxiety about dental visits, I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received.
I’m not feeling well after my visit… Something doesn’t seem right. Getting second opinion. Something happened I am feeling uncomfortable with. FIRST EXPERIENCE WAS NOT A PLEASANT ONE.
Unprofessional. had an appointment time for 12:40pm I got there only to har an X-ray taking of my teeth. I was only there for a cleaning. Dr came back there and told me he would be right with me to do the cleaning. How ever he proceeded to go work on other patients who had later appointment times. I left his office at 2:30 and was never seen. I am changing doctors and I will not return again to unprofessional and they don’t respect people time. I should have never been siting for 2 hrs for a teeth cleaning.
