Dr. Bach, the anesthesiologist and nurse are excellent. The reception, Patricia, relates poorly to patients. She needs to be replaced with someone who is kind, patient, helpful, friendly, courteous and gentle.
Dr Christopher Bach is excellent. Partricia, the receptionist, is lacking in customer service skills. Witnessed her being disrespectful, rude and condescending
Dr. Bach has extraordinary credentials and is also great listener and communicator. Both my wife and I are patients and would highly recommend him.
