Dr. T chou, is an excellent PCP he is always ready to listen and knowledgeable. Attentive to support in any needs with your health. He us very proactive and helpful, unfortunately the staff must be more supportive. The Dr gave instructions to support with some documentation. I totally didn't review all documents given. I found out after the fact and had to return to the office. To make things worst all had gone to lunch. I had to return at later time. I explained to the receptionist lack of their the support.
