The amount of time he took to explain the procedure and what to expect afterwards as my recovery progresses. Questions were encouraged and answered satisfactorily. Dr Lynch is very pleasant, makes me feel comfortable, and I trust him as a surgeon. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone.
Doctor Lynch did my right knee 6 years ago and then did my left knee 3 months ago. As always he was very thorough and took his time explaining the difference in the procedure from six years ago. His APRN Jaqualine was very helpful with many of the questions that I had also. The whole staff from front office to all assistants treated me with kindness and respect, I would not give a second thought of going back if the need arises.
He cares about his patients. I had done two total knees before my hip. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
I had total hip replacement performed by Dr. Lynch and his team 12 weeks ago. I am very satisfied with Dr. Lynch's personality, explanation and information and most importantly the actual procedure. I was in the operating room at 7:15 a.m. and in the car on my way home at 12:00. The procedure was straightforward and performed like everyone would hope . Smooth and uneventful. Very warm and professional. Was very thorough in assessment and explaining the surgical procedure. AWESOME surgeon!!! Most highly organized, efficient 'team' and process. There was no chance for misinformation the way things were structured. Definitely a patient centered care.The hospital is the BEST quality care around and simply a gorgeous facility. SO happy to have had my surgery and after care there.From start to finish to followup care everything was Excellent and for that I am grateful.Thank you Dr. Lynch!
I was very pleased with my knee surgery and pleased with follow-ups. I would highly recommend Dr. Lynch for any orthopaedic surgery.
During my appointment, Dr. Lynch did not act like he was in a hurry, though I'm sure he's very busy. After examining and assessing me from that exam, Dr. Lynch explained things to me in great detail, which I very much appreciate. He answered all questions I had also in detail and treated me as an important and intelligent person! He took time to explain options and possibilities!
From appointment making to signing in and meeting Dr. Lynch for the first time, everything was great. His MA Lucy made me feel relaxed and Dr. Lynch was knowledgeable and very informative about how he would handle my situation. He made suggestions and listened to my concerns. My appointment went well and I would highly recommend him and this practice highly.
