Terrible and incompetent! First the prescription in the glasses was wrong. The lenses scratched too easily. The frames were way over priced and cheaply made. Mine broke and the lenses were so scathed up after only one year of use. The eye glasses I had before were six years old with little to no scratches and the right prescription. Do not go to this place!
We've been going here for years and always feel like we treated well and our business is appreciated. They are always very patient with our children. We've always been seen very promptly and the glasses selection has never let us down. We feel like we get much better care and service here than we would at the national chain optometrist/glasses stores that we tried before we found this office. The only drawback for us is that it's a little far away from us, but we feel it's worth the drive.
