Used to go to therapy when I was younger and it was still Christopher and Associates, and had some testing done in 2023. When I got my results I was basically given a placeholder for one of my diagnosis, saying they didn’t have enough evidence since they just saw me once and would change it after talking to my therapist again. The receptionist Sonja needs an attitude adjustment. She immediately was flippant, rude and a she interrupted me twice. Ultimately I told her about her about her behavior before hanging up. She is the first point of contact for your company and I can tell you right now that this is not someone you want representing your business. I am on the phone all day in my line of work and never have I had a conversation like this before. Do yourself a favor and get rid of her.

Tried to tell me I wanted something other than what I wanted. Would not listen to what I need for my child
