Writing this review as I just purchase a new home from Christopher Alan homes in Cape Coral. The whole process was smooth and the house looks amazing but what I really am writing this review is for the customer service after the build is complete. I’ve had some small issues come up and the customer service team had someone to fix them the very next morning each time. They answer quickly and resolve issues so well that it made me write this review.
I purchased a Christopher Alan home about three months ago. Overall, I really like the layout of the house, However, we’ve had ongoing issues with the well water since day one. During our walkthrough, I was told the unpleasant smell was because the house had been sitting on the market for a while. I was instructed to flush the water heater and run all the faucets so the system would “reset” and the odor would go away. I did that as soon as we moved in. Construction Manager- Jorge was outstanding throughout my new home walkthrough. He took the time to explain every detail and made sure I fully understood the process. He thoroughly inspected everything—from the ceilings, walls, paint, AC unit, faucets, and cracked tiles to every single detail—ensuring any concerns were identified and addressed. I think Christopher Alan homes are some of the best built homes in Southwest Florida at a very reasonable price. I am 71 years old and I have helped build houses in the past. I recently helped a lady friend of mine find a house to buy here in the Cape Coral, Florida area. We went through several different builders and houses to see in comparison what she could expect for her investment.
